      I think his small c/r on flop is either a draw or 9x and the turn is the worse card as the flush and straight gets there.
      Without a read, see him do retarded bluffs, I would fold here depite of the stats. IF he had a smaller VPIP I would call but I think there are many 9x combos in his range with 33 VPIP

      b/c flop should be fine, but since draw completed on the turn you should really fold your hand. he isn´t c/r enough times with air that you can call him down
