While four tabling $3,25 6 handed SnGs yesterday, two of my opponents caught AA within 3 minutes and they both played them terribly.

Here's what you shouldn't do when you catch AA:

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, 3.25 Tournament, 10/20 Blinds (6 handed)

MP (t1500)
CO (t1490)
Hero (Button) (t1520)
SB (t1510)
BB (t1480)
UTG (t1500)

Hero's M: 50.67

Preflop: Hero is Button with 5, 10
UTG bets t40, 3 folds, SB calls t30, BB raises to t140, 1 fold, SB calls t100

Flop: (t320) K, K, 5 (2 players)
SB checks, BB checks

Turn: (t320) Q (2 players)
SB bets t160, BB raises to t320, SB raises to t1370 (All-In), BB calls t1020 (All-In)

River: (t3000) 4 (2 players, 2 all-in)

Total pot: t3000

SB had 2, A (flush, Ace high).
BB had A, A (two pair, Aces and Kings).
Outcome: SB won t3000

3 minutes later, on a different table, I get lucky myself:

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, 1.2 Tournament, 10/20 Blinds (6 handed)

BB (t1480)
UTG (t1460)
Hero (MP) (t1670)
CO (t1530)
Button (t1490)
SB (t1370)

Hero's M: 55.67

Preflop: Hero is MP with Q, A
1 fold, Hero bets t80, 3 folds, BB raises to t160, Hero calls t80

Flop: (t330) 7, 2, J (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

Turn: (t330) 10 (2 players)
BB bets t180, Hero calls t180

River: (t690) K (2 players)
BB bets t840, Hero raises to t1330 (All-In), BB calls t300 (All-In)

Total pot: t2970

BB had A, A (one pair, Aces).
Hero had Q, A (straight, Ace high).
Outcome: Hero won t2970
