Can i fold to villains check raise on the flop? once the turn comes i have a flush/straight draw. Probably should check river and fold to big bet.

one thing i notice when i first start playing a session i'm more prone to making mistakes and doing stupid things!!

Also i'd just lost the last hand with AK and think i was tilting a bit

      Hello ockerdoc,

Add to full stack. :) And yeah, losing hands can easily make you tilt, therefore you could try setting stop/loss system which mean that if you for example lose 2-3 BIs for a session then you stop for some time and continue when you are calmed.

Flop: You may Bet/Call here and reevaluate further streets, since he is min-betting and they might as well sometimes take such a line with draw or even TP but of course a lot safer would be just to Bet/Fold directly, since we really don't know the opponent, and don't want to put ourself into difficult spots as what happened.
Turn: I'd rather actually Check and reevaluate his actions, of course we could Bet but after him very often raising us on such flop he ain't giving up, a lot of draws came and he might even raise us. Therefore if he is betting kinda smallish then I might consider for continue otherwise against a potsize bet or something similar I'd rather fold.

      As played
River: Just Check/Fold, he often does have a better hand, and he will have hard time to Call with a lot worse.

      Best regards.
