      I thought that he is not playing this way his sets 2 pair strainght from the flop.

      I think you have to fold river. You rarely see people taking these line pure bluffs and I think he won´t going to overbet with AJ/AQ, so that leaves set or two pair hands that he is trying to get maximum value.
      If you see him leading constantly I tend to call him down to keep him honest.
