I don't think min-raise is a raise, so raise preflop.

      contibet 1/2pot as a bluff

call turn as a nut flush draw

Should I bet river less like 1/5 pot ?

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)

      Known players:
      BB (Hero):
      $10.10
      UTG2:
      $3.95
      MP1:
      $10.18
      MP2:
      $7.16
      MP3:
      $22.06
      CO:
      $10.10
      BU:
      $10.00
      SB:
      $10.00

Preflop: Hero is BB with A, T.
2 folds, MP2 raises to $0.20, 2 folds, BU calls $0.20, SB folds, Hero raises to $0.85, MP2 calls $0.65, BU folds.

      Flop: ($1.95) 9, K, 5 (2 players)
      Hero bets $0.93, MP2 calls $0.93.

      Turn: ($3.81) Q (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets $1.10, Hero calls $1.10.

      River: ($6.01) K (2 players)
Hero bets $2.86, MP2 folds, Hero gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $6.01.

      Hello newsat,

Preflop: Of course it's doable, but more often I would prefer to do it against known opponents.

Turn: Actually I don't like the Check/Call on turn, if we are planning to continue anyway then gain also some fold equity, which he still may fold a lot weaker hands. :)
      River: Bet for value. :)

      Best regards.

Then how much should I bet turn ?

      1/3 ? 1/2 ? 2/3? 3/4 ? or 100% pot size ?

Yes, 3/4 should do it so I'd put it ~$2,75 or something similar, which should be pretty good 2nd barrel amount and often times we see him folding there pretty often if he is some kind of reasonable player and doesn't have a hand and ain't floating us and even if he does, we still have outs for our nutFD and etc.
