      On flop not much I can do, just call I think.

      Now on turn - it is blank and he bets small. Maybe I had to call there and reevaluate the river.

      Tough to say - I probably just call turn and call blank river if he bets pretty small - but if he comes up with a largish bet I'll just fold.

      Folding the turn isn't bad though.

      Hello SPeedFANat1c,

      Such small bets could easily indicate to a block-bet which is trying to get his draw as cheap as possible, therefore I'd also Call the turn. He ain't that passive either, but of course the safest play would always be to fold in such situations and avoid further mistakes.
