      Thats the reason, why not to 3b this hand. U are pretty much 3betting for bluff. U want to play against his weak range. I really think u can not bet this hand for value, he is not calling so often with worse. Just call... and outplay him in position.

      if you have some 3-bet/4-bet history you either have to 3-bet/5-bet shove or take safer line and just call pf.
      if you want you can always raise him postflop

      My problem probably is that I am not used to play passively :) If I play I always try to play agressively.

      that is not really the worst thing, but nowadays plays people likely would answer with aggression so you should think one step ahead.
