Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

      Known players:
      BB:
      $14.03
      MP2:
      $9.95
      MP3 (Hero):
      $10.00
      CO:
      $9.10
      BU:
      $6.41
      SB:
      $10.08

      Preflop: Hero is MP3 with Q, Q.
MP2 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, 2 folds, SB raises to $1.50, BB folds, Hero calls $1.20.

      Flop: ($3.1) T, 2, 2 (2 players)
SB bets $1.95, Hero raises to $4.00, SB folds, Hero gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $5.05.

I think I did not played it correcly.
      The opponent had VPIP 29.11 / PFR 24.41 / 213 hands / 3bet% 9.59
He was very loose and pretty fishy.

      Hi kidzoltan!

4-bet preflop would be another viable option. But in this case you you might just flip it some time to AK.

Flatting is viable option and I like your min raise on flop.

Other option would be calling flop and calling any turn or betting it all-in yours self. A/K will show up on turn in 12% of the time, but you need to call his bet on these cards as he might be as well bluffing them (unless he is really passive. If A/K show up, you would like to just check it down).
