I would fold for 2 reasons:

      1) the board is drawy so if villain has a hand he does not want let you see a free card, so I normally respect more a donk on a 2 coloured board than a dry board for example.

      2) there are 3 of you in the pot so it is more likely than one has an over pair, AT or even sets like 22 or 55 for example. (TT would more than likely try to check raise but even who knows)

So in this case I would fold, but heads up, on a dry board and with no reads I'd probably would jam there.

What do you think his range for betting is?

      What is your equity?

      What are your pot odds?

don't know if questions are for OP or for me :) so I will attempt an answer:

that is the range I would put him on and pot odds are 1.81:1 so you need 35% equity.

      Board: Th 5h 2s

      Equity Win Tie Loss Hand
      Player 1: 28.551 % 27.941 % 1.220 % 70.839 % 6s6d
      Player 2: 71.449 % 70.839 % 1.220 % 27.941 % 22+, AhKh, AhQh, AhJh, AhTh, Ah9h, Ah8h, Ah7h, Ah6h, Ah5h, Ah4h, Ah3h, Ah2h, KhQh, KhJh, KhTh, QhJh, QhTh, JhTh, Th9h, 9h8h, 8h7h

So it is again a clear fold IMO
