      against 22/18 you can consider shoving turn and expect to have fold equity, but 43/7 would b/c there overpairs or jx hand so I don´t think you ahve enough fold equity to make shove profitable.
      Also you can´t be sure that your Q, or A would be good so I think I´d just fold.
      If I´d make the move I´d raise flop to 8$ and then fold to shove if I have reason co is c-betting light although against 3 players I´d expect him to have there strong hand
