What we know about opponent is only that he is 43/7 15 hands.
What do you think about pushing turn here? :)

Hand converted with online hand converter:

      $0.1/$0.25 No-Limit Hold'em (8 handed)

      Known players:

CO posts deadblind, UTG2 calls $0.25, 3 folds, CO raises to $1.25, Hero calls $1.25, SB calls $1.15, BB folds, UTG2 calls $1.00.

      Flop: ($5.25) 8, J, T (4 players)
SB checks, UTG2 checks, CO bets $3.00, Hero calls $3.00, SB folds, UTG2 folds.

against 22/18 you can consider shoving turn and expect to have fold equity, but 43/7 would b/c there overpairs or jx hand so I don´t think you ahve enough fold equity to make shove profitable.
Also you can´t be sure that your Q, or A would be good so I think I´d just fold.
If I´d make the move I´d raise flop to 8$ and then fold to shove if I have reason co is c-betting light although against 3 players I´d expect him to have there strong hand
