      Hello cowii,

      Overall, I'd raise bigger on flop and also turn, those raises are just too smallish. ~$1 on flop and as played $2,50 on turn or other option could be also to take pot control line since he is sometimes having a strong hand which is trying to trap us. As played the river is likely better to fold, taking into account his betting size patterns, betting smallish flop & turn and then betting into us that big on river which represents a very strong hand.
