Fold preflop or possible to call?

On the river safer would be to check, but he is loose passive, so maybe he has weaker king, or jack and might pay me.

      Hello SPeedFANat1c,

Preflop: It a lot depends on the opponent we are against. Do you think that you can lay him down his strong hands postflop? Do you think that he is capable of folding weak hands? How often does he go to showdown? How often doe she CBet into us? And etc, there are a lot of factors we could take into account either to play this hand profitable or not. Overall it's totally doable against this kind of min-raise.
Postflop: Actually often times I see more passive opponents take such a line as Check/Call on A high board with the Ace, therefore I'd rather just Check behind on river and hope to have the best hand after he decides to Call our CBet on flop.

      Best regards.
