      main problem with your hand is that there aren´t really too many hands that would beat your top two, so I´d b/c river, since I think he can sometimes shove worse hands and most likely hand that beats you- jT, he should raise pf if you complete.
      I´d also raise pf, since Q9s plays fine postflop and his 3-bet is 5%, so I don´t get expect to get 3-bet too many times

      I have no problem calling a normal sized river raise but this shove is just so strong. Especially from a fish.
      Fish don't go shoving smaller two pairs when getting bet into 3-streets.

      AS for preflop: he had called alot of times from the sb/bb vs me so I didn't really want to build a big pot OOp vs him.
      Especially when he calls c-bets pretty regularly.

      normal raise would be around 12$, but if you really don´t see him shoving worse hands, then fold is fine. He would shove you JT quite often
