      I don´t know what he is trying to represent, but his bet sizes are very small so I would call flop and turn. Probably fold river. maybe re-raise at some point?

      these types of players play fixed limit on no limit tables. I would reraise the flop and give up if he calls.

      nh. He raises from early position, so he typically has you beat (at best, he has AQ). On the river I'd think that he has JJ or QQ and if I would often bluff in this spot (he should be scared about a K, A or a flush). However, at the Micros i don't bluff often as most players don't think about your hand.
