      FLOP ($6.25) 6:diamond: T:club: 3:spade:

      Hero bets $8, UTG+1 calls $8

      RIVER ($31.25) 6:diamond: T:club: 3:spade: K:heart: Q:spade:

Hero checks, UTG+1 bets $13.50, Hero folds

      UTG+1 wins $29.70

Villain is pretty decent reg who likes to have position on me. 20/16/2 ,wts 18, 1.6k hands.

I doubt villain is double floating with air, so River looks like easy ch/f though we could consider ch/shove?

Is it even worth barreling the turn? ch/f looks too weak...

edit: ATo quite a loose open and I guess we could just open fold....

Yeah, rush AT utg should be fold, unless you have some fish on the sb/bb
Against utg+1 range. Do you expect him to call pf TT-QQ/AK and only 3-bet KK/AA and sometimes some other hands like A9s. If he is mostly 3-betting with JJ+ then I think he can´t really have there too many hands that beat you, since even he would not float you 4-way pot with AQ/AJ
Not sure about turn barreling. he may expect you to barrel that card, but likely I´d just want to go to showdown so I think I´d c/c turn and depends on the river card might c/c again
as played: likely he is not b/f there two pair or set, not sure how often he has there Kx/Qx that he is valuebetting, so if you don´t have any reads then fold can be fine. Only hand you beat is 45 and likely he won´t turn his 88/JT or smt into bluff
