      Hey guys,

having a bit of a rough patch, for example when I had AQ on AQx rainbow flop bet nearly pot, got a call, 7 on the turn, both all in guy has pocket 7s, stuff like losing with my AA against another guys Q4o, stuff like that. I'm raging heavily right now especially because the people that do this don't recognise the mistake they have made when I flame them and even dare to go in against me defending their play. Also, to play winning poker I can't rage so much and I really have to care about all the small things, but I can't care for 6 cents and 8 cents stuff so much when I've just lost a few 5 dollar stacks to some noobs so it's very hard to get out of this and see it in normal perspectives anymore. I mean what the fuck I might sound like Phil Hellmuth but I don't need luck I just don't want to get sucked out on every bloody time so any tips to get untilted and what I have to think about when these things happen etc.?
