Villain is a regular TAG 13/5/3.6 WTS 29 over 1500 hands. Good player, winrate 25BB/100h (thats Big Bets). I had a note on him "just called with QQ preflop". Now I'm thinking that I should reraise him on flop...

      Hello SilverSag,

Flop: I'd just 3bet and try to get it in here, he might as well have any kind of AQ, AJ type of hand. :) Or if you want to keep the bluff in play then just Call and let him continue bluffing.
Turn: I'd even raise bigger, ~$4.
River: And ship it here. :)

      Best regards.
