      Howdy,

      With his preflop raise stat we expect him to still raise hands like AQ+, so I think he has more suited connectors and drawing hands than Qx hands in his range, so I think you can bet turn again against them and then decide whether to call river or not, because I doubt he will really bet much worse after you shoved two streets of aggression.
