      At least you understand when to move down and you do that. A lot of players can't accept that and they even go broke. And Also what I wanted to add that don't feel something like "oh I can't play anymore, I am a bad player" or anything like that. Since everyone has sometimes try moving down, poker is just a play of variance, and variance will come to everyone of us. Good luck in future, hopefully you will face a big upswing and even maybe skip easily NL10. :)
