When I 3bet minraiser I usually do it 4x, and since we are out of position, I would make it 4.5x - 5x. If you do it smaller you are giving him good odds to call for set value.

I don't think c/f would be good on turn, rather bet/fold as you did, but I think I would make it bigger, like $3.5 - $4.00 in case he's on a draw.

      Hello ockerdoc,

Preflop: Yeah, I'd actually do it a bit bigger maybe even ~$0,80.

      As played
Postflop: I think I'd actually would have played the same way as you, for the reason that there are still worse hands which may Call us and even sometimes draws. We also are betting for free showdown and Check/Fold would be kinda weak.

      Best regards.

In my opinion against this opponent who looks lagy after 17 hands, i raise preflop ~4x, like Oly0909 also mentioned, and on this flop after 3bet action i would bet full pot for max value and protection, if he goes on top then i need to call ~5$ to win 16$ so its ~31% equity and easy call i think.
