For all the people who have questions about cashing out at 888 poker.
After this i am done with this room for ever.
This is total **** (im sorry there)

I post this cus i want to make this clear for everyone.

ME: i would be able to cash out everything besides the 50 dollar aditionaly right? ME: its just about the 50 dollar not the possible winnings or am i wrong?

Natalie M.: All non-pending bonuses and promotional offers extended to players can be cashed out after an amount totaling no less than twenty (20) times the bonus amount received has been wagered within 90 days of being credited to a player's account, unless otherwise specified in the notification of a promotional offer.

ME: im sorry but that is not a direct answer, can i or can i not.. cachout any money EXCEPT for the 50 dollar.. i know i can cash out the 50 after wagering 5k.. But my question is.. can i cashout winnings besides the 50??

Natalie M.: Yes absolute you can

ME: ah ok cus that`s what i am talking about.. so i can cashout everything except the 50 dollar bonus money?

Natalie M.: You can cashout the winnings I mean after you have wagered. For the moment you cannot cashout anything

ME: Thats a realy awfull rule and restriction you know that?
Natalie M.: once you wagered the required amount you will be able to choose to remove the bonus and only cashout the winnings and your own deposit

ME: i will go back to Pokerstars and never deposit another penny here again, EVER
Natalie M.: I am sorry to hear you feel like that but please have a look through our bonus policy:

Ok so there is the answer alot of people wanted to know,
I think this is a realy realy bad case.

i think its your problem that you can t wager 5000$ not 888poker. i think this restriction of cash out is very good because in 888poker are lots of fishes, and if they can cashout winnings they ll do it imediately. i think to good poker players this restrictions is not are problem! Good poker playing in pokerstars....

you play in a $20 tournament. whether you win or lose thats considered wagering $20 out of 5000 that is needed

      Hi Joriskok,

Yes, cash tables would probably be fastest rather than loads of sng's and tourneys, but do it in a sensible way. No need to throw good money away chasing the target too quick.

      Good luck & best regards,

      Yeah i think so to..
One thing im still wondering about thoo, and support doesnt give a clear answer.
If i for example win 1k in a tournament... does that count as wager?

      its straight forward.

and secondly, winning 1000 is not a wager as you didn't wager 1000

joriskok it is not difficult to look up the definition of wager, as you clearly do not understand what it means.

      Hey Joriskok

      Just to be clear:

If you buy in to a $2+$0.20 tournament, you have wagered $2.20.

If you play a hand in a cash game, and over the course of the hand you put $1 into the pot (and the pot totals, say, $2.50), you have wagered $1.

Hope this makes it nice and clear. :f_grin:

Just to bring my pinch of salt :D

wager = bet; you wager $1 means you bet $1; nothing to do with size of pot or winnings

      Good luck at the tables.

888 support is unbelievable imo, every time I write to them I wait for 4 days for an answer although it says that max wait time is 48 hours. The worst thing is the answer is usualy not helpful so then I wait another 4 days. It's hell. :s_mad:

On the 20th of January I concacted support asking them if they can send me my username and pass for 888 account since I did not play for more than 2 years and forgot my log in details. Thay asked me for my adress and email I used when opening account through pokerstrategy so I sent those data to them. It has been 9 days since my last email and still no answer. I have played at dozen poker rooms so far and I believe they have the worst support ever :f_mad:

      Hi darkod80,

Did you receive an answer in the meantime?

Do you have access now to your account?

      Best regards,

      Hello Joriskok,

My name is Sebastian and I'm part of the VIP Poker Team at 888poker.

I would like to clarify a couple of things regarding the $50 free bonus and the requirements that come with it.

I've spoken to the relevant co-workers on your behalf and was informed, that players who received the $50 free are eligible to cash out ANY winnings made from the $50 free bonus.

Before the $50 bonus amount can be cashed out, a wagering of $5,000 will have to be met - there is no particular time period set, so once you started playing with the bonus amount you'll have all the time you need to clear the wagering (unless you remain logged out for more than 6 months!). Also the bonus would be removed should you not start playing/wagering in a time period of 3 months after the bonus was credited.

Please bear in mind, that tournament winnings are not considered as "wager", thus only the buy in amount will be counted as wager towards the requirements (i.e. buy in $20 + $2 = $22 wagering). Therefore cash games are the quicker solution in order to wager the bonus amount.

Also, very important to know: Once you have requested a cashout, please ALWAYS keep a minimum of $50 IN your bankroll especially if you're planning to keep on playing while the cashout is being processed! By that I mean that you cannot and should not use the last $50 in the account in order to play. The funds have to remain on the account, not at the tables.
Otherwise the initiated cashout will be cancelled and you will have to make another cashout request, which will waste time for everyone involved.

Furthermore there had been issues with cashouts at an earlier stage if a player started using the integrated CASINO application. The system automatically changed the wagering requirements to the casino bonus rules - also if no bets had been placed at all.

Even though I have been informed that this is no longer to happen I would strongly advise to keep your hands off the casino application; just to be on the safe side!!

Any problems with future queries, please do not hesitate to ask one of your Moderators and they will be in touch with me and/or other management staff who will be able to clarify and solve issues better than you would expect :-)

Have a nice weekend all !!

      Hi Hannes,

I did not receive any answer whatsoever but fortunatelly I have found 2 year old email from Pacific poker where it is displayed my username ,so I used 'forgot my password' option and finally managed to log in. It took me more than 20 days to finally deposit and I am playing these days there.
