      Customer support,

      I have uploaded my passport and proof of address 2 times for you so far, please can you let me know what pictures are too small and unreadable?

      The passport one is as close as i can get it, and the proof of address is from a NHS letter that is very readable as far as i can see.

      Please let me know what the problem is.

      I have opened 2 tickets and answered 2 more, i have uploaded a FULL PICTURE of my passport, why are they saying it is not acceptable or unreadable?

      I would like to know what pictures they cant read....... i will re send MORE to your customer support team, maybe if the picture is of another dockument it might go through?

      Just sent 3 new pictures via webcam picture taker......


      1 is my in date TV licence

      2 is my passport (again)

      3 is an official lett from my local council


      Maybe this time you can see them as they were taken up close and readable.

      hope we get it right soon
