      I think you need to raise his small flop bet, as you can probably get pairs and Tx to continue, and you'll have a better idea where you stand depending on how he responds.

      As played, depends on reads. Against aggro fish, you want to go broke. Against passive fish, easy fold on the turn. Limp/call preflop indicates they're probably the latter.

      Hello cutegoldfish,

      One option would be to raise such a donk on flop but it would bring ourself into marginal situations when we get 3bet. Therefore I like the way you Called and let him continue his bluffs but when he decides to change his betting pattern on turn to pot size that turn into ugly spot actually, sometimes we even could consider just folding right on turn for the given reason that his line is very strong. As played, definitely fold it on river, we don't beat much there with he is shoving, had a straight?

      Then he was just likely a aggressive opponent but without those kind reads or comments on his play we can't say either way you played the hand properly or not. Since we weren't with you on the table, so next time if you can then add also the comments why did you Call.
