Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (7 handed)

      Known players:
      BU (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is BU with Q, A.
      MP1 folds, MP2 raises to $0.20, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.65, 2 folds, MP2 calls $0.45.

      Flop: ($1.45) J, K, A (2 players)
      MP2 checks, Hero bets $1.04, MP2 calls $1.04.

      Turn: ($3.53) Q (2 players)
      MP2 checks, Hero bets $2.52, MP2 calls $2.52.

      River: ($8.57) 4 (2 players)
MP2 bets $5.79, Hero folds, MP2 gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $8.57.

      1. Should I call river ?

      2. I saw he pushed preflop with AT against AQ of a maniac.

Which type of player he is ?

I think he is likely thinking player if he shoves AT against maniac.
Also he may make sometimes moves, but here I think he would mostly bet for value
Since you don´t want to b/c turn I´d rather check back turn and call river bet. This way I keep pot small and get value from worse hands if he tries to bluff me
I´d fold river. Don´t think he is randomly turning his one pair or two pair hands into bluff
