      1) Yes, you have made hand (overpair) with strong draw (except if somebody holds Ace hearts), it's easy push.

      2) I would fold here. It's unlikely your hand is best now and you have not 8 (straight) + 2 (set) outs, but 6 + 1, because any heart can kill you. Also you can drawing to zero outs in case of made flush.

Still, board is scary and maybe push is not the worst option here because of your stack size. Better to hear other opinions too.

I'd push 1st no question, and second too, as my stack is way too low compared to the pot.

      1) you hold overpair and second best FD -> easy push

      2) We have only 7 outs to improve. I think I would check it behind and see what develops on turn. Odds are good, we have to win in at least 26% of the time. We will have around 40% of equity if one of them holds Overcard+FD and 23% if he holds top pair +FD. Too many possible assumtions that could make our move -EV. Therefore, I prefer to check behind when I have such an option.

I don`t think push is bad here, since you have quite fold equity. So you can choose)
