This is a hand from the session I played yesterday and I think I can't play it much worse.
But at that time I don't know what I was thinking. First evening on NL5 (ft doesn't have NL4) so was kind of exciting for me but hey help me how should I play this next time!

Damn Can anyone tell me how the post hands from HEM? Then I can post the hand without using converter on PS

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (7 handed)

Hero bets $0.45, BU calls $0.45.

      Turn: ($1.85) 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.60, BU calls $0.60.

      River: ($3.05) Q (2 players)
Hero bets $1.28, BU raises to $2.75, Hero folds, BU gets uncalled bet back.

      Hello RasTweet,

Flop: I'd even CBet bigger here, ~$0,65.

      As played
Turn: Also 2nd barrel bigger, ~$1,30.
River: And likely rather just Bet/Fold, you will very often behind here.

Hopefully we will see more hands from you in the future, so we can fix even more leaks, seems that you have a big leak with bet sizings.

Damn Can anyone tell me how the post hands from HEM?

Yeah, sure. For example open in HEM -> Session Tab -> Then select your hand what you want to post, double click on it and then a hand player will open. In hand player find such a button as "Hand history" left corner just below the Pot & Odds and then click it. Then press 2+2 and it will copy you the hand and then just paste it here. And works. :)

      Best regards.
