      Did you 3-bet him before this hand? How has he reacted to other 3-bets?

      Here it all depends on what he can stack off with for you to make this profitable (and of course if you think he can fold his 4-bet, although with such a short stack I can't expect you to have any FE on the shove).

      When you ship the money in, with 0 fold equity, you need roughly 43% equity to break even.

      You have ~38% equity vs TT+, AQ+
      You have ~45% equity vs 99+, AJ+

      So, without history or reads, it should not be an immediate 5-bet shove.

      I´d likely shove although i think with his bet size he isn´t bluffing there and unless he is total maniac he won´t get all-in random hands, but in general AQs has just too much equity against middlestack that I´m fine with 3b pf for value and then shoving over his 4b
