I check behind the flop because he's too short and I don't want to price myself into something silly. Pretty strong lead on the turn gives me an easy fold? If i'm not C-betting 100%, is this an okay spot to just check it back vs this stack or should I always be c-betting this texture?

      Hello Meemawuk,

Not only the reason that he is short but as well he is going to showdown pretty often and seems to be kinda station and I wouldn't be even surprised there if he Called with just some highs like Kx. So Check behind is totally fine, if he would be more reasonable player you could decide to cbet like 1/2 pot. Otherwise pretty easy fold on turn.

      Best regards.
