      Preflop: Against that kind of guy it's very close to 3bet for the reason that he is Calling your 3bets too often. Depends a lot on the opponent how easily can he lay down postflop. For example fold to cbet and WTS.

      As played
      Postflop: That's very close for the reason that he has pretty small AF, although I see him having there as well worse Aces for the reason that he is having such a fold to 3bet value. Sometimes I even make the crying Call there but yes, likely folding should be safer. Time to time can happen that he may as well have bluffs there or maybe even weaker pairs/PPs.
