      Hello alexgrapid,

      Preflop: For the reason that the guy ain't fully stacked and you don't even know him rather just fold it. You wont hit often enough to satisfy the Call. You have to take stabs on him and we can't be sure either he is able to fold or not.

      As played
      Postflop: Nothing much you can do there, he has the flush there very likely. Although sometimes I even prefer to Check behind on turn to take pot control which is often times even better play.
