      Fold preflop.
In position you can make arguments for 3betting Q4s, but being OOP you'll get called way too often to make it a profitable 3bet because you're completely dominated by any callingrange.

As played on the flop a cbet is generally possible, but then again vs most preflop-callingranges we don't have much foldequity as all T9s-KQs will call and Ax have a hard time folding on the flop in any case. So I'd even consider just check/folding on this flop.

As played on the turn it's close. If you assume he has a fairly wide callingrange on the flop the 2ndbarrel can be ok, but once more this means he called preflop with a range that dominates Q5s.
So the fact that we can make a profitable 2ndbarrel in this spot means we made a mistake preflop in the first place.

As played on the river you have to shove imo. K and A are the only cards that allow you to fire a third barrel - you can now potentially get him to fold AJ!

However, once more I'm not particularly happy with the way the hand played out overall because preflop you set yourself up for a lot of scenarios in which you have to 3barrel with air - this is not the way to beat the microstakes (you can probably not beat even higher stakes with this because it's so exploitable).
You can 3bet hands like A9s+ for value, but Q5s is just too weak => fold preflop.
