Preflop: Hero is BU with Q, A.
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.15, SB raises to $0.45, BB folds, Hero calls $0.30.

      Flop: ($0.95) 4, A, 4 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.50, SB calls $0.50.

      Turn: ($1.95) 9 (2 players)
      SB checks, Hero checks.

      River: ($1.95) K (2 players)
      SB checks, Hero checks.

      Final Pot: $1.95.

      Results follow:

Hero shows two pairs, aces and fours(Qc Ad).
SB shows two pairs, jacks and fours(Js Jh).

Hero wins with two pairs, aces and fours(Qc Ad).

Is folding this preflop IP against unkown weak ?
Should I bet more on flop, like 2/3 PSB?
I probably shoudlnt check the flop due to fact that he may held FD with Ats,AJs,AQs?
At least am sure about the river play :)

      Hello Sinnology,

Preflop: I guess I like folding a lot more than Calling here against unknown. We can't just play it that profitable and also we don't hit often enough to satisfy the Call. We have to take stabs postflop when we don't hit but we don't know how he plays then it will be hard.

      As played
Postflop: Sometimes you might as well consider just Checking back to keep hands like JJ, QQ, KK in the play and then bet the turn and likely river. But as played I'd bet the turn or river as well for value.

      Best regards.
