Hand converted with online hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (4 handed)

      Known players:
      BB (Hero):

Preflop: Hero is BB with K, Q.
2 folds, SB raises to $0.20, Hero calls $0.15.

      Flop: ($0.4) 8, Q, 4 (2 players)
SB bets $0.25, Hero raises to $0.80, SB calls $0.55.

      Turn: ($2) 2 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.20, SB raises to $2.90, Hero folds, SB gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $3.2.

Villain is 25/22 AF9 Steal factor 43 so I decided to flat him pre ,his donk bet looked strange so I decided to chase him away from his flush draw or gut shot , but he called ,on Turn his check was strange and I decided to bet but then the min reraise came and chased me away from my hand . I put him on a set AQ or overpair to the board ,could he also be bluffing with that line ???

      Hello alexgrapid,

You may as well just Call the flop and keep the bluffs in play and also with that line you keep the pot smaller. Although raising there is definitely fine and try to protect. And as played I'd bet the turn a bit bigger ~$1,40 and likely fold as well to the min-raise as you did. He often has us beat there with such a line. Unless we have some good reason to continue.

      Best regards.
