      Hello deivid2,

      Preflop: Depends if we can easily make him fold postflop then sure it's considerable. Rather prefer to have suited ones.
      Postflop: As he Called the turn I am just giving it up. He often times will Call the river as well, unless he has a draw himself. And since you didn't even mention his WTS we can't be sure that he is even folding his weak PPs or mid-pairs.
