      When he overbets and you raise it just looks super strong. Just call and hope he bets the river or calls your river bet.

      I like your play. I doubt he is betting there with mediocre hands so in my mind he either has a hand himself or he has a bluff.

      If you have any reason to believe he can bluff/semi-bluff with a high frequency calling turn, raising/calling river is fine too.

      with nuts I don´t really like raising. Don´t see reason why he should overbet for made hands, so there can be always chance he is bluffing and then the best option is just let him bluff on the river
      Pot would be 13,7$ and he has 19$ left, so any reasonable bet that he´d make would be around 10$ and then you can shove river.
      if he checks you can always bet 8$ yourself for value
