I play flop on autopilot cause I'm busy at another table, then on the turn I wake up with a made hand on a drawy board so I bet for protection. The river completes a flush and opponent makes a strong bet. I have every reason to believe I'm behind here, however his bet sizing doesn't make sense at all. Only hands he could make big valuebet here is bacdoor flush and FH, however it's rather unlikely he has one of those. So can I call here to catch a bluff?

c/c flop, lead turn is fine as strong hand as yours.
c/c river is reasonable, although I´d likely would fold, since his range has quite often Ax hands and if he has there fd he might easily just raise on the turn to get you fold the same hand you have
