      UTG EssQue67 ($25.10)
      UTG+1 Hrolfur no 7 ($12.45)
      MP1 Hero ($30.52)
      MP2 Fruechte ($25.35)
      MP3 newboii ($11.55)
      CO BadRussiaBoy ($34.50)
      BTN zizazziza412 ($29.50)
      SB 86JACK86 ($42.28)
      BB Heaps5 ($9.24)

      Pre-Flop: ($0.35, 9 players) Hero is MP1 J:spade: J:heart:
      EssQue67 raises to $0.75, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.75, 6 folds

      Flop: 7:diamond: K:spade: 7:club: ($1.85, 2 players)
      EssQue67 bets $1, Hero calls $1

      Turn: 6:spade: ($3.85, 2 players)
      EssQue67 checks, Hero checks

      River: 3:spade: ($3.85, 2 players)
      EssQue67 checks, Hero bets $1.50

UTG seems to be a reg (not a supernitty one either). Cb 3/3, dont have many hands. Preflop is standard. Flop is so dry, I think he will cb this flop close to 100% aswell so I decide folding is to weak. What about turn, if he bets again do we fold? Check back when he checks is standard? River he checks again so he obv doesnt have a K very often which makes a small valuebet okay against lower pocketpairs? 88-TT?

Please try to give answers alot in ranges  (like he will cbet this flop with his whole range and what hands he will check on turn and which hands he will bet turn etc)

if you want general ranges then it depends so much on specific players that it would likely not be too useful. You should rather make reads/plays consider current player and its ranges.
So if you´re unknown then I think he´d open pf any pp, AQ(maybe AJ)+ and sometimes suited connectors, like 56s or T9s
He would c-bet his range 100% on that flop and would likely give up on the turn
If he bets turn then I think you should fold your JJ
Since he checks he would either c/c or c/f most times, so I don´t really see why you should give him free card, so I´d b/f turn for value and check back river
River is easy valuebet, he would c/c his midpairs and would c/f rest, but you´re always ahead so don´t see reason why not to bet
