      Villain is unknown.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) - Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

      BB ($9.83)
      UTG ($13.24)
      MP ($3.70)
      CO ($6.53)
      Hero (Button) ($21.25)
      SB ($8)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 10, 9
1 fold, MP bets $0.20, CO calls $0.20, Hero calls $0.20, SB calls $0.15, BB calls $0.10

      Flop: ($1) 10, 9, 8 (5 players)
SB checks, BB bets $1, 2 folds, Hero raises to $4, 1 fold, BB raises to $9.63 (All-In), Hero calls $5.63

Was the hand played good? Is my preflop call justifiable? I doubt about that because I find it very comfortable to fold all the marginal hands when facing a raise preflop, only open raise with them myself.
As played - are we going to stackoff on the flop, or rather go for pot control? Or maybe we can even find a fold here?

      Hello Bliausmas,

On such a flop we can't really Call for pot control since there are just so many cards what could kill our action, so it's either getting it in there on flop or just fold. And while our hand is pretty strong you can consider getting it in there. And as well Calling preflop is totally fine. Lost to what?

      Best regards.

He had 88. I sucked out on the river though :f_biggrin: So no major mistakes after all?

Nopes, while you catch the 2 pairs, it's either you fold it or protect from any kind of draw. And we just blocking too many sets already, only reasonable is 88. But lucky for us on river. :D
