Had small sample on villain but he seemed tight with 12/10/1 over 50 hands. Is turn fold, I mean this obviously value raise, and we can only beat two pair and I think that is unlikely considering his stats. So I think most likely he has TT or 98s in his hand. So what to do here?

I think i would never fold here. You are right, that his range is quite polarized with this flop call, and turn raise, but TT is only one hand (3 combos), KK is very unlikely, and even against a straight we have 10 outs.

Oops I misread this hand first time is a nasty turn but I would find it hard to fold here. The board could always pair up if you are behind. I would call and revaluate river as its a good bluffr card to

you can´t fold set there, since if he is calling pf 98s, he may also call pf with KTs and 50 hands ins´t really that big smaple size that you should only put him TT and b/f turn
I would likely shove for value, since I think he isn´t bluffing, we can´t get away our hand and he can call shove with worse hands
