Villain is a regular: 30/24/2.1 during 1,2k hands.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) - Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

      Hero (CO) ($15.53)
      Button ($22.51)
      SB ($5.21)
      BB ($18.23)
      UTG ($10)
      MP ($10.56)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 9, 9
UTG bets $0.35, MP calls $0.35, Hero calls $0.35, 3 folds

      Flop: ($1.20) K, A, 9 (3 players)
UTG bets $1.20, 1 fold, Hero calls $1.20

      Turn: ($3.60) 6 (2 players)
UTG bets $3.60, Hero calls $3.60

      River: ($10.80) 5 (2 players)
      UTG bets $4.85 (All-In), Hero calls $4.85

I don't see a reason to raise on the flop because it's not draw heavy and I don't want him to fold all weaker hands than mine. So I just smooth call expecting a further attack from AJ-AQ or two pair. Same with turn. Or should I just jam it on the flop?
