I didnt think that he is the kind of player to barrel w FD so I decided to C/C 3 streets. What are the other options?

Given he is more aggressive on later streets I can see you donking flop and ck/calling the rest of the streets to let him barrel his draws/weak hands.

I can also see us ck/raise smallish on the flop to get value from worse Kx, Jx, draws.

However there is nothing wrong with how you played it given the information you have. With further reads we can deviate and choose one of the above lines.

I´d 3b pf for value with KQ, since I think he can call pf with worse hands and if I hit my tp I can safely play for stacks
c/c down is fine if you think he barrel a lot
But as strong hand as KQ you can also c/r and play for stacks or lead yourself 3 streets
