      Hello psydreamer,

      I'd just 3bet and try to get it in on flop, although Calling there and taking the odds ain't wrong. Just time to time he might have a very weak hand which is min-raising there, maybe even a bluff.

      And for example against this range:
      Equity Win Tie Loss Hand
      Player 1: 46,971% 46,587% 0,767% 52,646% 99, AJs+, KJs+, AJo+, KJo+
      Player 2: 53,029% 52,646% 0,767% 46,587% QhTh

      We even ahead. :) Otherwise as played rather Check/Fold the turn, he wont fold anyways a lot worse hands.
