      Well, did I mess up with this hand?

      Villain is BB with VPIP 43, PFR 6 over 71 hands. 3Bpf 1 out of 21 opp. I thought he could do that with KT, QT, etc. I didn't think overpair likely there :(

      Preflop: How often does the villain steal here? Sometimes I even just give it up easily if the doesn't fold to 3bets that often or either ain't stealing that much.

      Postflop: As you 3bet with such a hand and hit such a flop, I don't think that you can get away without any good reason or stat. While we don't have many hands on him, I'd also go broke there. He could have so wide range there with what he is going broke, you could as well include those hands what you mentioned and even worse.
