Villain looks like decent player 19/17

      $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Holdem

      Stacks:
      UTG ($26.45)
      CO ($51.90)
      BTN ($33.15)
      SB ($50)
      Hero (BB) ($96.85)

      Pre-Flop: ($0.75, 5 players) Hero is BB A:spade: Q:club:
1 fold, CO raises to $1.50, 2 folds, Hero calls $1

My normal play is to 3bet vs CO but for some reason I chose just to flat this oop

      Flop: 2:club: K:club: 7:club: ($3.25, 2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $2, Hero calls $2

      Turn: 2:spade: ($7.25, 2 players)
      Hero checks, CO checks

      River: A:heart: ($7.25, 2 players)
Hero bets $4, CO calls $4

      Final Pot: $15.25

The rest of the hand kind of goes meh, maybe a bit too passive? Maybe I should donk the turn?

Also is river better b/f or c/call? I am choping with most Ax hands, dunno if Kx or pp will pay off the river? Maybe let him make another stab at the pot?

If you had AcQs then c/r flop and playing for stacks seems better option than with second nut fd.
Also I don´t expect players to barrel that board too often, so you can check down or fire river even if you don´t improve
River valuebet is fine. If he went pot control smt like 7x he won´t bet himself on the river but at the same time he may easily call your river bet.
If you want him to fold smt like 55 then you can always take bet/bet/bet line on the flop, turn and river
