      if you feel like 3-betting flop you would isolate yourself to the better hands then it really can´t be the best play.
      If I´d c/r flop I´d also bet/shove turn for value and I´m fine with that since by c/r on 226 board I don´t really rep anything, so he should play back to me a lot lighter
      But to avoid that situation I think also bet/bet/bet with JJ is also good play. he would call with worse hands and you don´t have to play very big pot
