      I think I'd check the nuts on the flop here - Villain is only raising 2% of hands so his range to 3-bet you here is super-narrow and he probably has QQ+, AK. He's not that agressive but I think you can reasonably expect him to c-bet a high proportion of the time.

      I like the value-line you picked. Although often times against that kind of opponent you may even just start betting right on flop. :) They are just too bad and even capable of calling down with just overcards as he did. :D
