      Hello Oly0909,

The plan with Checking back the turn ain't just for pot control, it's also for bluff-induce and which is totally fine against that kind of opponent. Although while we take a look at his WTS, I guess he is capable of Calling there even with any GS and as well with Tx or even weaker hands, so should be wrong to bet the turn as well. But your line is totally fine.

      Best regards.

If Oly0909 decides to bet the turn, what should he do on river against this opponent? check/call or bet/fold river?

I think because of that specific river card that completes many draws I would place a small block bet like 1/3 - 1/2 pot and fold to a raise. I'm also intrested would it be OK?

Considering his stats, i think that block bet most of the time will induce bluff/value raise and then you will face decision where you would fold better hands. So now i think that check/call in this spot would be optimum play.

When we bet the turn then likely often times we are having a very thin value on river and for example even a draw completes I guess I might even just Check behind. Although against stations you can as well consider betting since they are capable of Calling you down anyways there even with worse pairs.
