      problem is that he won´t really call your overbet shove with AQ or fold hand like TT, so instead of going to shove I´d prefer 4-betting to 7$ to let him call pf with worse hands or maybe he decides to go with AQ pf thinking you may be bluffing there

      I´d usually would bet. Like if you made it 7$, then betting 5-6$ should be fine amount if you want to b/f
      If board is really dry like 224 you can also consider c/c him down or c/rai yourself on the flop.
      But since pot is also quite huge- 14$ and he has a little more than potsize left, you can also shove and hope he is folding some better hands or call with draws
