      that is how i like to deal with donk bets, but maybe floating would be better idea here?

      TBH, i would make same raise as did you... becoz i would like to extract info where my hand is, coz calling here doesn't give info, if you get called, and turn blanks... i then shoot like 1/2 pot size bet for free showdown if it bricks again.

      Hello foolboydesire,

      Both plays are possible, if you feel like he is donking for the 1st time and might be rather passive one and doing that with strong hands, then floating sometimes is an option as well.
