      I would probably get it in on the flop, i dont think he would limp/call AA/KK/JJ/AK as he has 8% ep raise, he could have AJ/KJ, maybe some combodraws with JsTs or JsQs, maybe AQ and only QT is really beating you

      I thin it is fine
      Don´t see why he should limp/call pf JJ+ and likely you´re only loosing to QT, but he may also have there Jsxs, like JTs or QJs that has royal draw and just want to have the most fold equity against your one pair hands
      So 3-betting and getting all-in is one option. Other would be calling flop if you don´t want to flip 150bb deep and then shove none spade turns
